A 170-unit beachfront condo-hotel under an international brand: four interconnected 9-story towers reading as a single complex, developable in phases, adding up to nearly 200 hotel keys. Furnished, fully equipped 1.5, 2 and 3 bedroom residences on 14,400 m² with 120 meters of beachfront at Cuartel Playa, San Carlos. The thesis
San Carlos draws binational tourism year-round and has almost no internationally branded hotel product. Hideaways fills that gap: globally branded inventory on the beachfront, with operations solved from day one.
