What's the minimum investment?
It depends on the project and the presale stage you enter. Each project has its own current price list and payment schedule; we share it along with the financial model when you book a session.
Can a foreigner invest?
Yes. San Carlos sits in Mexico's restricted zone, so property is acquired through a bank trust (fideicomiso), the standard vehicle for foreign buyers. We coordinate the process with the bank and the notary.
What happens if the project is delayed?
Timelines and the consequences of default are written into the contract. We report construction progress quarterly, so a delay shows up in the report before the delivery date, not after it.
How does the condo-hotel split work?
Your unit joins a rental pool run by the hotel operator. Revenue is split in the owner's favor after operating costs, and performance is reported quarterly. You also keep nights for personal use.
Can I sell before delivery?
Yes, by assigning the contract rights. The terms of your current contract apply, and the sales team walks you through it.
What information do I get before investing?
The project's financial model, permit and entitlement status, the legal structure of the vehicle, and the construction and pricing calendars. If something is still unresolved, we tell you.
